Loops of split second every day traffic scenes are projected on four screens which delineate a room like its four walls.
The motorists and cyclists are caught in very short loops: although they keep moving constantly and fast, they remain in place like shimmering monuments. The single loops have different durations, making the four images constantly shift against each other.
Little by little, the visual content gives way to the impression of a complex, nested rhythm. The commonplace traffic is transformed to metronomes of a superordinate abstract composition.
